After buying our land between Kerrville and Comfort in 2014, we were finally ready to start making plans to build our "dream" retirement home in 2017.  We interviewed several builders, including Bill, to review our plans.  We were immediately impressed by Bill's hands-on approach and his ability to grasp our vision for what we wanted.  Both Bill and Kay, his wife, were extremely helpful in the design process and stayed in communication with us all through the build.  This was extremely critical to us as, at the time, we were living two hours away and not here all the time during the building process.  We not only have a beautiful well built home, but friends for life in Bill and Kay!
